Konto löschen

Du kannst dein secondDate-Konto jederzeit löschen – am schnellsten direkt in der App.

In der App

1. Öffne secondDate und tippe unten rechts auf Einstellungen.
2. Scrolle nach unten zu Konto.
3. Tippe auf Konto löschen und bestätige mit Endgültig löschen.

Das Konto ist sofort gelöscht.

Ohne die App

Schreib von der E-Mail-Adresse deines Kontos an hello@seconddate.ch mit dem Betreff „Konto löschen“. Wir löschen das Konto innerhalb von 30 Tagen und bestätigen es dir per E-Mail.

Was gelöscht wird

• Konto und E-Mail-Adresse, Profil mit Nickname, Foto, Geburtsdatum und Einstellungen
• Standortdaten, Begegnungen, Likes
• Matches und alle Nachrichten – auch für die andere Person
• Blockierungen und die Push-Kennung deines Geräts
• Das Ergebnis deiner Bestätigung und deine Einwilligungen

Was bleibt

Meldungen über Fehlverhalten werden zum Schutz anderer ein Jahr lang aufbewahrt (Grund, Text und Nickname der gemeldeten Person) und danach automatisch gelöscht. Wurde ein Konto wegen Verstössen gesperrt, bleibt ein nicht umkehrbarer Prüfwert des Ausweises gespeichert und das Gesicht bei unserem Prüfdienstleister gesperrt, solange die Sperre gilt. Delete your account

You can delete your secondDate account at any time – fastest directly in the app.

In the app

1. Open secondDate and tap Settings at the bottom right.
2. Scroll down to Account.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm with Delete for good.

The account is deleted immediately.

Without the app

Email hello@seconddate.ch from your account’s email address with the subject “Delete account”. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Account and email address, profile with nickname, photo, date of birth and settings
• Location data, encounters, likes
• Matches and all messages – for the other person too
• Blocks and your device’s push token
• The result of your confirmation and your consents

What is kept

Reports of misconduct are kept for one year to protect others (reason, text and nickname of the reported person) and then deleted automatically. If an account was banned for violations, a non-reversible check value of the ID stays stored and the face stays blocked at our verification provider for as long as the ban applies.
